Not what I walked into the salon for. I thought the only way that I could have thick looking hair was to have a perm. David told me he could do that, but he spent serious time with me and explained how my particular hair wouldn't do well. I agreed that usually it would break off every few times. He explained why. David gave me an alternative. The extensions look great. We discussed a hair shape that works with my face shape. It makes a difference! He explained how color could also give depth (okay I still don't fully understand how it works, but it's true, my hair looks thicker). David and I discussed color until we agreed what would look best on me. Again, it wasn't what I would have originally chosen, but David spent (more) time with me, discussing my skin tone and eye color. We chose hair color and highlights that have made me look (and feel) brighter and warmer. David also explained how I take care of my hair so that even if David doesn't blow it out I'll still look good. I feel gorgeous. David isn't just a stylist. David Groshen is a hair guru!!
